Letter to Lorenz Rohr, 1884 May 12.

Clemens writes to Rohr critiquing the latter's translation of Heine's "Lorelei" which Rohr had offered to Twain after reading Twain's own translation in "A tramp abroad." With the letter is an electrostatic copy of the letter from Rohr to Twain including the translation done by Rohr, and a letter from Robert H. Hirst providing background information on the correspondence.
